RESERVATION POLICY
For all reservation a valid credit card number, expiration date and CVC code will be required. A deposit of the amount of one night will be automatically billed to your credit card.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancelation at no penalty from the reservation date untill 3 days* (11 a.m. latest) prior to the confirmed arrival date. However 10,00 Euros of administration fees will be charged.
From 3 days to the arrival date, one night will be charged in case of cancelation.
Cancelations on the day of arrival and after 12:00 pm will be charged at 100%.
In case of a unexpected or early departure, 100% of the remaining stay will be charged,
except if agreed by the management.
When reserved by internet, cancelations must be proceed via the hotel internet online reservation system, using the confirmation code.
* During certain periods, the no penalty period of 3 days for cancelations might be extended to 7 or 15 days.
